Changing, Creating or Editing a Signature in Hotmail

The Hotmail signature editor is actually a pretty robust tool, and you will have a good selection of tools available to customize the appearance and content of your signature. This tutorial is going to cover how to create a basic Hotmail signature, but you can experiment with some of the more advanced features if you need to include a hyperlink or format your text.   Step 1: Go to www.hotmail.com and sign into your Hotmail account.   Step 2: Click the gear icon at the top-right corner of the window.

    Step 3: Click the More mail settings option.

    Step 4: Click the Message font and signature option in the Writing email section of the window.

    Step 5: Type your signature into the Personal Signature section of the window, then click the Save button when you are done.
